Fuksia on pieni noita, joka asuu noitametsässä velhoisänsä kanssa. Isä ja muut noidat varoittavat häntä metsän ulkopuolella asuvista ihmisistä - ne ovat vaarallisia! Varoituksista välittämättä peloton Fuksia tutustuu Tommy-nimiseen ihmispoikaan. Yhdessä he lentävät luudalla ja keksivät jekkuja. Kun Tommyn setä haluaa kaataa noitametsän puut ja rakentaa moottoritien, kaikkien noitien on rohkaistava itsensä ja puolustettava metsää yhdessä.

Fuchsia is a little witch living in a forest with her wizard father. Father and all the other witches warn her about the people living outside the forest - they are dangerous! In spite of warnings fearless Fuchsia befriends a human boy called Tommy. They fly together on a broomstick and play tricks on people. When Tommy’s uncle wants to cut down the witches’ forest to make room for a motorway, all the witches in the forest must find courage and stand united against the threat.

Fuchsia the Mini Witch is based on a book of the same title by Paul van Loon.
