  This funny animation tells the story of Lotte, who lives in a unique city of inventors. Excited villagers demonstrate their skills and the most peculiar gadgets in the annual inventors’ competition. Lotte meets Japanese gardener Susumu, who starts to teach judo to the villagers. Finally, Lotte and her friends travel across the seas to Susumu’s home country to participate in a judo competition.
